Soft Touch Car Wash

I've been coming here since I got my 1st car. I absolutely LOVE it here. I have a short haired dog that sheds alot & they are soo helpful with pet hair removal. My car always looks & smell GREAT!! HIGHLY recommended. The customer service is amazing & always friendly.

Great job on washing my work truck. Confusing on where to enter off Riverside Dr & clusters of cars being dried sometimes block the entrance. They need to CLEARLY mark their entrance. New customers can easily get confused & frustrated & just leave & opt for another car wash. Glad I stuck it out & found the correct entrance because in the end it was well worth it. Great job.

The car wash was not good. I stopped by to eat next door so I thought might as well get a car wash but had never given them a chance before. I did not realize it because I was in a hurry to leave but after I was driving I noticed the inside was dirty. Crumbs in the cup holders, the dash was barely dusted and some parts weren’t even touched. The vacuum job on the carpet was terrible. There was still a lot of stuff left. Then we got home and noticed that one of the tires weren’t armor polished! Like what the heck? I do not recommend at all. I was in such a hurry, I gave him $10 tip and it was not deserved at all. It was such a poor job. I will not be returning.

Great job on my work truck without too long of a wait. They need to mark the entrance & exit better though. It's hard to determine where to enter from off Riverside Dr if you've never been there before. It's VERY confusing.

Always do an excellent job here. Prices are good and my car looks wonderful. The detail section was running slow so they gave me 20 off without asking. Free car wash with oil and lube too.

Got their most expensive wash and the bed of my truck was dirty and had soap all over it still besides that the inside was decent.

Not impressed with that Midas wash...don’t even remember what that package entailed but it definitely was a basic wash. Please put a little more effort in cleaning the vehicles. Would not recommend if you want your car detailed.

Oil change station is great. But when it comes to the wash, it sucks. I always leave with stains still on my hood.

I get my oil changed and a wash,been taking my cars here for over 20 years,the best wash in town !!
