Never Again!!!! Do NOT buy a softub ever! The do not honor the warranty at any level. Softub of the Rockies was contacted regarding a leak that I have in a 2 year old tub. They are unable to work on it or get parts on a tub that I bought there. Corporate says that we must deal with Softub of the Rockies.....so what am I supposed to do with a company that does not have a person or parts to fix my tub?
Joe is awesome - I always enjoy his friendliness and willingness to offer helpful suggestions. My older Softub was repaired there after I purchased it second-hand from a private party. It had a broken pipe frozen in the wall and it was able to be resurrected at a reasonable cost. I have used it for about 8 years since that!! Thanks!!
We love our Softub! But what makes this a 5 star rating is Joe's customer service. We purchased our Softub 4 years ago when we moved to Genesee. Traditional, plastic tubs require 220 V, increasing expense to transport, maintain, and remove. Softub was easy. Only $12 to maintain energy bill instead of $60 per month for 102-104 degrees can go to 107, accommodates jets and 4 people, we rolled it in instead of hiring a crane. It plugs into our 120v and sits on our deck increasing privacy and we don't have to lock it for HOA child safety on ground floor. Four years later we still use our Softub a lot, including rolling into the garage when our deck was worked on in Fall we'll just roll it back next year. It's easy to maintain, to move, and after 3 years of heavy use we needed a replacement part and although we were out of warranty Joe went the extra mile to get us a discount. If you're considering a hot tub but want to explore your options prior to purchase and you've never heard of Softub of the Rockies, check out this 15+ year local business with outstanding customer service and a great product. 4 years in we're really happy using our large Softub.
These guys are great! Joe helped me with my Softub in Vail.Made it really easy for me, even stayed after hours to accommodate me because the roads were so bad getting down. I highly recommend them.
I emailed Joe after hours and he called and left me a message the next day, detailing how to fix my softub issue. Very impressed
TERRIBLE customer service!! TERRIBLE! Given this is the only place in the general area to have a Softub serviced, I would NEVER NEVER buy a Softub or let anyone I know make this mistake. Simply AWFUL!!
Joe and Greg are helpful and friendly and we are happy proud owners of a Softub. They go out of their way to please.
