SoHo Trees

I spend $260 for an 8ft tree to be delivered to my house. A 6ft, dead skinny tree was delivered. The branches were frail and the tree was cut unevenly. I emailed to get a replacement,they said they would come out and never did. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!! Terrible trees, terrible customer service! Wish I could give them no stars

Great place to pick up a tree for the holidays. They’ve got a huge selection including Noble Firs and more some of which travel thousands of miles to be sold at this location. Not only that, but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They make a great experience out of it that my fiancé and I will never forget.

Terrible product!!! The first tree that was delivered was dead throughout the trunk and inner branches. The second tree they delivered to replace the dead tree, is thin, with needles constantly falling. Swindlers. Stay away!!!

Complete bait and switch company. Picked out a premium fir on Varick Street, paid almost $400! When they arrived a day after they said they would, the tree didn’t look like the one we selected. This tree has gaps all over the tree and lasted less than a week before drying out. I called and complained, they said they could offer me a discount for next year, and blamed t on a tree shortage. Unacceptable! I’m Not one to write negative reviews but this company seems to have multiple bad reviews and on yelp they just created more company pages to hide the massive amount of similar 1 star experiences like I had. Do your research on SOHo No Bueno!!!

I get my tree from them every year. Pricing is in line with other places in the neighborhood. They also deliver and set-up the tree. Good service.

Always have a great time at SoHo trees. They have a great selection of Christmas trees and the staff is always kind and helpful.

Tree was so dry and branches breaking and maybe I was unlucky and just got a bad tree but for 130.00 I was not satisfied
