Solano Community College

The classes themselves aren't too terrible and the campus isn't actually that bad. That being said there's is an obvious bias against conservatives by both the college administration and student government. They constantly push for liberal political views and deny any conservative ones. I've had professors that are decent about it but I've also had professors that push a single agenda constantly and it's always a liberal one. I've been verbally attacked my other students for my views in class and these same professors have done nothing against it. The administration also completely ignores it. This college is very bias and if you don't follow their values you are punished.

Horrible phone service. Some of the longest wait times I've been through. NOBODY picks up the phone. Its faster to drive the 20 minutes to the school than to call. If I could give negative stars I would. The school itself is ok, not bad but not great.

Worst school ever. I am forced to pay for public transportation that I don't use and a parking permit. The counseling office is a waste if time. I had to create a spreadsheet with all of my credits from my previous school to get full transfer credits and the "professors" are hit or miss. Some are good and some are don't even seem like they have an elementary school level education.

I am so sad to have to rate this school a one star, but they have waisted SO much of my time because they aren’t organized. My ed plan has been completely screwed up because admissions is so far behind on evaluating transcripts, and almost no one can give me real answers. Now the counseling office keeps screwing up my paper work to be able to turn into financial aid, and I keep having to drive back and forth on my lunch break every day hoping by some chance to get in so they can fix it. This is ridiculous.

I have been to 2 colleges, this being my 3rd. The staff here are probably the least qualified and laziest out of all 3 colleges. The education and teaching are just fine, that's the only thing stopping me from rating this a 1 star.
