Found my apartment on Hot Pads was a very trusting and reliable Real Estate Company. They communicated very well about their renting process and costs. Would 10/10 recommend.

I have turned to Deborah Solo to buy my house in Northern Liberties in 2000, and to sell it in 2021. She also helped my now-husband sell his home in Mount Airy when we combined households. She is honest, detail oriented and excellent with follow-up. She is generous with her time and extensive knowledge of the Philadelphia real estate market in general, and the Northern Liberties neighborhood in particular. Because of her care and extreme competence, I never considered using another real estate agent while I lived in Philadelphia. She was a great agent, a good neighbor and a valuable, involved member of the Northern Liberties community.

I lived in a Solo- managed apartment in Rittenhouse for several years. They liaise between renter and landlord effectively, and ensured things like trash, extermination, maintenance were routinely taken care of. In particular, Sean was so helpful, responsive, and always available when I would have a question or needed help. I would recommend renting one of their properties.

Our property is well managed and Repairs is always responsive and transparent about any scheduling difficulties their contractors might face. For 11 years, Deborah Solo and her team have took great care of the house. For over thirteen years, I've lived in the same apartment managed by Solo Real Estate. I can't say enough about how reliable and trustworthy Deborah and Angel have been over the years. They take excellent care of the apartment and building overall, respond quickly usually within minutes to an email or text if something is broken, and work with reliable professionals for plumbing, repairs, etc. They're proactive when seasons change, making sure we have everything we need. They also appreciate tenants who take care of their spaces. I feel lucky to have landed in an apartment with landlords I can count on to address any/all issues and be kind, caring people.
