I’ve been going to this office for many years and have always had great experiences with Dr. Murakawa, the estheticians, and the staff. Everyone is very knowledgeable at what they do and I know my concerns will be addressed and treated, whether it’s medical or cosmetic. Highly recommend.
issues scheduling, doctor didn't mention my procedure was for melanoma before, no consultation, no heads up. communication was an issue. after that bills went to incorrect address, no follow up before sending bill to collections. missing the 'soul' or the 'human' part of patient care, would not recommend
Big thanks to Dr. Murakawa and all the staff at Somerset Skin Centre. I had a mole on my back I haven't even noticed that needed a biopsy and they took care of it entirely.
Excellent skin cancer care for my dad, husband, and friends of family.
Great experience except sometimes the waits can be long. overall reccomend
