I’ve been here for awhile, and this place has been such a game changer! I purchased the gold wash and with a monthly membership it’s been convenient to get washes anytime in Somerville! Definitely love this location!
Drive-thru car wash did an excellent job cleaning and waxing the car. We got the premium wash. The vacuum had a lot of power and it was very easy to clean about 6 months worth of dirt out of the carpet. The people are nice. Only complaint was once we came here and the whole place was closed with no reason given.
On 08/08/2022 i went to wash my car on wash machine, however during the washing my driver side mirror was broken by wash machine, and then i've called prestige wash office for fix it, they told me that can't help me , cause it's normal, it happen with too much customers. i'm outraged , im gonna call police and my lawyer ...
Absolutely terrible customer service! After closing without notice at the end of September and screwing over their monthly customers I went back to see if they would offer any kind of discount or promotion for the time I paid for and did not receive. The guy informed me he couldn't do anything but if I call the corporate office they would help me with a refund. So I called the corporate office and they inform me that since I had canceled my subscription upon finding out they closed their location without notice and wasn't charged for October that there's nothing else they could do. The lady at the corporate office then proceeds to argue with me and say that the location was only closed for the last 3 days of September which is a complete lie and then told me if I had called I would have found out that other locations would have been able to take me in, the problem with that is I did call and there was no answer so I'm not really going to go on this big hunt and search for another of their locations when there's plenty around closer. It's amazing what a little customer service would have solved instead of just throwing excuses all over the place. Since I was duped into getting another monthly car wash subscription with the promise of it getting refunded I guess I'll just have to go through with it this month and then proceed to find another one going forward thanks for nothing.
I have a membership here and like how late they stay open. I think it’s a good idea in the winter to keep salt off my vehicle and take it through once a week. They regularly check the vacuums to make sure they work. As with all machine washes, don’t take your car through if you are afraid of swirl marks micro scratches in the clear coat.
The new self service bays are nice looking, but it was _really_ expensive. It cost me over $17 just to do a not very good job. I was in such a rush that the car was still dirty in places, but if I'd been more thorough, it would have been over $25 just to wash it myself :
paid for a $30 diamond wash and none of the add-one were actually done. should have paid for basic. no rain X, no tire shine. there were lights indicating those stations and nothing happened when i drove through them
I wasn’t impressed by this place. Initially I had been excited, until I parked at home and realized even the lightest spot on the car hadn’t been cleaned. I paid $20 or $25 and yes, it was the basic, but I expected the light grime to at least come off.
Do not sign up for unlimited car washes. I followed all of Prestige's instructions when I was ready to cancel--I called the phone number that they indicated on their old website and brochure and left a message instructing Prestige to terminate my account. I also called back several times to confirm, but no one picked up. Prestige ignored my instructions and continued charging me for 15 more months, overcharging me by more than $300. During that time I had already sold my car and moved out of state, so I never used their services. I've contacted Prestige about a refund, but no one will help. Awful business.
Expensive and turned off the "free vacuum" as I was using them. I explained that they were all full and I had to wait. They didn't care
