This guy is awesome. My computer's hard drive died on me... He replaced the hard drive and reinstalled windows at a very reasonable price. When I ran into a driver issue with some of my bluetooth devices after the replacement, he fixed it with no additional charge. Just wanted to make things right. Great customer service.

So kind, professional, affordable, timely. Parking's a bit tricky but worth it.

Mario knows his stuff...and he acquires good stuff...and seems to be genuinely interested in helping people who can't afford to buy new get good value. He helped my Ugandan friend who runs an orphanage get a nice laptop for a price we could manage.

Why charge for a computer diagnostic when it was simply an issue with the external hard drive cord? They could have easily diagnosed the problem, but instead just hunted for some quick $. Not helpful at all and not cool.

Open during the pandemic with normal hours. Owner is responsive and answers the phone very quickly. Thank you!
