No masks when getting in and moving around everyone’s cars

This a a well organised parking facility. I stayed at thia hotel bu took a taxi. I came back to have a business lunch with some partners at the restuarant, where I was told I can park for the restuarant visit, but upon leaving we all go parking bills to pay for our cars which was disappointing.

I have to give a 1 star review. The employees are shady and unprofessional. The upper management we have worked with on the phone was able to resolve the issue and we are actively working with their team - that said, the employees in the parking garage are not capable employees and provide poor customer service.

Stole my moms change out of her car. Parked there this morning. Avoid parking here since they want to steal.

Only open parking was in the top floor

My car was returned with a key mark on the drivers door.
