Sonic Drive-In

The young lady who brought out the food was very polite but the quality of the food was lacking! $10 dollars for a chicken sandwich and fries isn't worth it! The bun was bigger than the chicken patty!! Also waited 10 minutes for the food so it was lukewarm at best! Disappointed to say the least!!

Not sure why they don't have any lights when it gets dark, they look like they are closed. Placed an online order and they tried just bringing the shake instead of the whole order, which also included a full meal. Not sure how you could mess that up looking right at the order on the screen. Food is really good, if you can get it. Definitely very expensive though.

Ok food, I only eat here once a year so I can't make judgement on the consistency of service..

Order the fried cookie dough bites, got two in the bag and no ice cream with it. The server was really rude. She slammed the window open and said what are you waiting for all sassy. We said cookie dough bites and she was like it’s in the bag all rude. And I said it’s supposed to come with ice cream too and she closed the window so we just drove off. This is why I don’t like going here. They mess up order every time and are always rude.

I go here often. I get blasts and all is okay. But the one time I order my usual and off Uber eats no less Oreo blast with recess and one Oreo blast with cookie dough and both arrived. They both tastes like bananas, didn't have anything remote to the mix ins I asked for at all. This is so disrespectful and harmful as we both absolutely cannot eat bananas.

There was a dark hair in the pretzel dog, and my chicken sandwich was horrible. The patty was extremely thin, and tasted like it sat for awhile before they gave it to us. Spent $28. Not happy at all.

I went to Sonic located on Suburban in Maplewood at 1515 Hours on October 9. I was really looking forward to enjoying a Chicago dog. I was waiting at the window for 20 Minutes before I received my food. The guy working the window looked like a sloopy pig. His uniform was dirty. The worst experience at a drive through. He didn't apologize for the wait. The tots were cold and hard. The hotdog was terrible. I will never go to another Sonic. See hotdog picture below.

my food was gross,soggy tots the texas toast was cold and it was regular toast they forgot the onion ring. my food was cooked in really old oil. i worked as management for 15 yrs in fast food. this was unacceptable and nasty. but afraid to ask for my money back

The service was friendly and responsive. Nothing fantastic nor anything horrible. So I saw the picture of the Chicago Dog and instantly thought, "yep, that's what I want for lunch!" I've included two pictures. One is what was shown as the Chicago Dog one is what was received. I'm willing to bet you can figure out the two without any explanation. The bun was sopping wet to the point I couldn't even pick it up. The pickle was hot as could be and the "tomatoes" were just soup. I'm writing this about the Chicago Dog. Nothing else. So I ordered a drink on the 24th and received some of the worst service ever. I waited over 20 minuets and saw others get full meals before my drink that ordered after me. I press the button and they said it will be right on the way. At this point I didn't want a drink, I just wanted a refund. I tell the guy delivering to get me a refund. Then comes out the rudest manager is ever met instead of solving the problem she stated creating problems. Telling me I can wait on my refund. Worst place to do the car side might be better for drive thru. Hopefully you don't have to deal with that manager. Never going to Sonic again. They are on the same level bad as white castle on lexington.
