Sonic Drive-In

Why would you even attempt to hand someone a cup that is completely covered in melted ice cream? The same is true for fountain drinks with the cup covered in pop/soda? The shake itself was great, the straw was absolutely worthless but once I got home and could use a spoon it was fantastic. Provide a larger straw that a person could actually use to consume a shake with bits and pieces in it, is that too much to ask? I knocked off 2 stars - 1 star for handing me a cup like that and another star for the 1st stall I pulled into not working and the app requiring me to give a stall number when the stalls ARE NOT NUMBERED at least not from the customer side.

I wish there was ZERO stars! I have one because the burger itself was decent! Greasier than normal but it was still good! This was the WORST experience I’ve EVER had at a sonic. At any fast food place anywhere. First, I get the wait!!!! It’s a Friday and it’s busy!!! I am also super sick so I was irritable to begin with not so much at the sonic!! Then they finally came to the window after 15 mins and read back a order that wasn’t ours in a hurry. Then instead of saying sorry she just corrected the total and took my car. As the lady in the drive thru handed us our food super slowly and with attitude she proceeded to say “I know you’re mad but you do know it’s not like right away food it’s fast food” I am now mad and super irritated and yelled at her because my nose is dripping, I’ve been here for over 30 mins WHICH AGAIN, I did NOT MIND!! I understand the wait and it’s dinner time however that was uncalled for, super unprofessional, very rude, and that lady should NOT work customer service!! MY FAMILY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THAT SONIC EVER AGAIN! Spent $47.00 dollars for nothing!!

You get your Mozzarella sticks with no marinara sauce here. Just another $30 order to let you down. Why bother ask if everything is there, because they always say it's all there. Like bruh it NEVER all there. Also worst quality food I've ever had from sonic.

Ordered a large chocolate chip cookie dough blast and a small one and we got ice-cream with some chocolate syrup and no cookie dough.

I pulled up to the drive thru menu to order. I was sitting in my vehicle at the drive thru order menu for 10 minutes before the drive thru attendant rudely said “how May I help you”? While sitting at the window I decided to take pictures of the thru attendant. A white young girl was sitting down on boxes, drinking and eating the entire time with her bare hands going into a bag and into her mouth. She was not attentive and even glanced over at my car and smiled then sat back down eating while cars was stalled in the drive thru and at the window. I did not order. I was not going to risk ordering food with someone sticking food in their mouths and not washing her hands. I did drive up to the window to ask her why was she serving food to customers after she was sticking food in her mouth with her bare hands and she replied “it’s not that serious” and then proceeded to close the drive thru window in my face. I will reporting to this health department with more pics because Google only let me upload two.

Just had an outstanding employee wait on me in the drive-through at this sonic a few minutes ago. He was very friendly, helpful, communicative, and efficient! This has become so rare these days, especially in fast food restaurants. To the manager, he had dark hair and black horn rim glasses, but I don't know his name. I tipped him--that's a first for me at a fast food restaurant, but he certainly deserved it!

I would like everyone to know that this sonic has one of the best employees that I have ever come across. His name is Richard. He was working the whole place by himself and I mean every station was ran by him. He had a smile on his face and not once did he complain about being alone. This man definitely deserves a giant raise. He is employee of the year in my book!!!

Worst meal I've ever gotten. Chilli coney no chilli, hard tots and cherry sprite with 2 cherries but no cherry syrup.and no receipt. Girl at the window was to busy she barely stuck the drink out fir me to grab. I had tobstand up to get it. I had to reach up into the window and grab my drink from her. Food was inedible, drink was not cherry. Disgusted.

I have never been impressed by Sonics food or service. The line in drive through always takes forever even when they are not that busy. The pull up bays/spots might even be slower! I would NOT recommend doing "door dash" here, as it will probably take more time than it's worth/pays. The time of day will also affect that .

Went to the drive thru, and EVERY part of my order was wrong. I ordered a popcorn chicken combo. Large size covered in BBQ sauce with a side of fries. I received a medium drink. Lady at the window wanted to fight about it. Tells me I ordered a medium. I show her the receipt and she says "Fine", and gets me a large. I pull into a stall to check the rest of my order and they gave me popcorn chicken covered in Buffalo sauce instead of BBQ, and tots instead of fries. Went back through, and the lady just gave me a look that said "really?" Yes REALLY. I want what I paid for.
