Sonic Drive-In

We ordered 3 foot long chilli dogs, chilli cheese fries and tots. Didn’t receive the tots and 2 out of 3 dogs were WAY over done. Sad sad sad. Is it so hard to see how bad food is before you serve it???

I absolutely love Sonic but as a Northerner I rarely get to visit Sonic. Fortunately my new job assignment here in Wichita has made it possible to visit several locations near me. Sadly, my recent order of A Burger & Broccoli bites was far off point of what I remember a Sonic Burger being. "BUMMER" Luckily we've discovered new items that the Wife & I Love, Mine is The Oreo Blast w/ snicker chunks,caramel,whip topping. Hers is Master Cheesecake with added strawberries,oreo pieces and whip topping. So So Good! There larges are huge , so as long as we make it back home in a descent amount of time, we just refreeze them & snack on them over a few days. Love Them, Thank You Sonic !

Recently stopped in for an ice cream treat. Put the order in on the mobile app and drive to the store. Checked in through the app, and waited 10 mins for it to arrive. I'm not sure what is wrong with their ice cream machine, but my Oreo shake wasn't soft serve like expected, it was more like hand-cranked ice cream that was turned too long and too cold. Could not enjoy it, so tossed it and will probably opt for DQ or Braums just down the street next time.

My son went to the Sonic located on East Central in Wichita Kansas located between Edgemoor & Oliver. I was on the phone with my son as he was ordering because he wanted to make sure he got the order correct. However the person taking the order was very inpatient after everything he said it was us that all being s person whom has over 20 years in customer service the employee was very unprofessional. So once my son got home with our food both burger of the cheese burger combo meals was burnt my grandson had wanted onion rings with his meal instead he got tatar tots. We also ordered mozzarella sticks & the was nasty not fresh at all. The complete experience makes you want to not go to sonic but even more so when I called to talk to the manager she was very defensive about the order stating he did didn’t order things that was clearly wrong with the order but when I informed her I was on the phone with him while placing the order her tone in her voice changed. I contine to try to support this establishment which has become far & few in between due to the lack of customer service. The person didn’t d offer to send out cards to my home which is ok but when you go to an establishment spending your hard earned money you would like to get your order prepared the way you ask or attempted to order it. Location charged me 10.83 for ONE LARGE Blue power aide. I was told the total was 2.83. No one will answer the phone and corporate said okay we logged a complaint. Just pay cash at this location. I could have done with out all the attitude and 10 wait at the window for her to hand me my 10.83 large drink. Next time include liquor if your going to charge that much!

Tell me why I picked up $40 worth of cold food & melted drinks when I called back they blame me refuse to tell me names and hang up then refuse to answer the phone. I'll never go to Sonic again.

Is it me or is it the shakes are starting to suck the flavors are decent but as for the ice cream itself it's not really ice cream it's froth air cream there's no weight to them and they make you feel bloated you burp like crazy after you eat themFood: 2/5

I would give zero starts if I could. We ordered food at 9:22p and at 9:37 we tried to push the button for help to see if everything was fine with our food. Finally we go to the drive through and tell them we were in stall #2 and haven’t received our order yet. They said they don’t have an order for that stall. We waited over 20 mins for nothing but to be argued with. Poor service!!

Friendly staff. Quick service. Clean parking stalls. Everything you want a Sonic to be.

For coming in late and ordering quite a bit of food, I am thoroughly impressed with not only the time it took to get the food out but the quality and temperature of the food. I will be back.
