Sonic Drive-In

There was a long wait time on a Saturday night for the drive through but the wait was worth it. I won't say it's a premium brand but the quality is fine. I have tried their shakes and ice cream, both were good. A lot of kiosks available at this particular location in Rancho. One benefit is it being near to prime locations in Rancho or Ontario. Associates are nice and greet you on your arrival. Would say give it a try.

They have such low ratings for a reason I thought I would give them a try but my first is also my last first of all my burger wasn’t even hot on top of waiting almost 20min for my food

Over 45 minutes waiting in a Drive-through ridiculous then after we got our food hot dogs we’re cold and the cheese was on the side of the container. Even the top of the bag had more cheese and hot dog. The lettuce on the burger we got was rotten. Through the burger in the trash wasn’t worth the money a waste of time and money. I would go to McDonald’s before I go back to sonic’s and then and that’s sad

If I could give zero stars I would. I made a order online. Came to pick it up and order was all wrong. Was told I was given what I ordered, but I pulled up my order and they replace it with some of the food I returned and said it was all fresh. It was cold and stale. Grilled cheese double burger the bread was untoasted cheese was cold hard and unmelted. I paid $4.00 for a cheese fry it was so small the kiddie fries at McDonalds is bigger. I could of gotten 3 combo meals at McDonald's and super sized them which is what I should off done. On a worse day at McDonald's would of been better. Will never be back. Anyone who sees this please do not waste your money on this place. I feel robbed. Gave this place my money for garbage I couldn't eat what a joke.

Great for the on the go thing, the sit in your car thing, or the dine at the table thing. They also have a teacher program... my apologies the cheeseburger vanished before I got a chance to take a picture. The churro shake also... I did take a picture of the empty container... Parking: More than enough parking...

So happy they finally fixed the intercom, the service was great, didn't have to wait too long. However the food it's always a hit or miss. The chilli dogs I ordered were okay, bread was dry the dog itself may needed a little more cooking. Do recommended the limeade if you're looking for a refresher!Food: 3/5

Ordered online to be ready at a specific time, when I got there I waited and viewed that the food was still in the kitchen and that was fine, but then people at this location cleared the system saying “they were on their way” and then turned it off like they had delivered the food. They only fooled the system to allow 25 minutes from the already 20. When the car hopper came out she said she was the only one workingon a Saturday nightas if this is a normal day thing, management at this location need to be reviewed. The food came out old, like if it had been on a heat lamp for hours unfortunately

This place sucks! I waited in the stalls for 20 minutes. Then a worker said the stalls are closed but the line was open, I then waited in the line for 1 hour! I can’t believe people leave good reviews on this. This place shouldn’t be called sonic, it should be called sow because of the workers and how slow they are. This is sad how peanut butter and jelly’s are better than this place. Do better!

We love coming here on hot days for the slushes. We ordered two, then watched car after car that came after get their orders before us. The car hop finally inquired about us ordering, and we said we had and had paid, but she didn't see any order for us. After we reiterated that we had ordered and paid, they finally found our order more than 20 minutes and three or four other cars getting their orders later.

We ordered at the drive through on Friday December 17 right before 9 P.M. Our order was easy 2 foot longs, 2 large chili cheese tater fries, 1 large chicken honey mustard bites & 2 strawberry lemonades. When we were handed the first box I asked what items they had put in there and the girl working there said “I don’t know” okay that’s fine I checked what she handed me we were still missing a few items from our order when she said THATS ALL. Umm no excuse me, I’m still missing 1 foot long and the chicken bites ? I showed her the receipt and the 2 boxes that she had handed me. She looked so mad that I had pointed it out. If the food was free I would’ve understood but I work hard for my money and it’s not fair that I was missing 2 big items. Good thing I checked while I was still at the window. Overall I will not be back at this location and I do truly recommend everyone to check their order before driving off.
