Sonic Drive-In

Can you guys please make it with easy ice one time I order? Never in my life in Bethany have I ever gotten my online drink order in under a minute. Never. But the sun shines on a dogs a$$ once in a while. I’m beyond shocked how fast I got my order, that’s where your 3 stars came from. Make my drinks as ordered and I’ll toss in the other two. When I say easy ice, I want the ice to be gone before the drink is. Now I have a large cup of ice 20 minutes after I ordered & no drink. Gave them another shot but ordered thru the drive thru. The girl made them correct & it was still PDQ.

I come to this location a lot and try to give you guys the benefit of the doubt and everytime it gets worse. First of all, if I order 10 minutes prior on the app and takes another 20 to receive my food, kind of defeats the whole purpose of ordering on the app. And now I look and my onion rings look like a monstrosity. So thank you sonic

Told them I wanted a fresh patty on my burger. Waited for a fresh patty and my cheese wasn't even melted Lazy A.F.

Love my local Bethany Sonic. I appreciate the servers and cooks here a lot, definitely my favorite in all OKC Metro. There's 3 on my normal route and I go out of my way to go to this one. Best Mozzarella sticks I've ever had here btw, never let me down.

I have dealt with rude customer service people but none like this. It was very hard to hear them. They didn't let me finish ordering before they overvalued me amd when we got our food my son was missing his fries and my husband's sandwich was made completely wring and we had to get it change and the one that took our order was so rude that we decided we weren't going to come back.

Honestly I have gone to this Sonic for years. I allowed my child to start her first job here because the employees are so kind and for a first job who you are exposed to matters. Associate manager Steve Guilliam decided on her second day to make an example of her. She missed taking someones money so he had her repay it from her tips. I understand that but combined with him cussing, sighing at her loudly-repeatedly,while rolling his eyes, this is completely unprofessional. I do not believe any corporation wants to be represented with such poor leadership. As a professional myself - our job is to build employees . Please educate your management on proper employee development and correct this .Nobody wants to work in a hostile work environment.

I just got blt, i asked for extra bacon, there are only two pieces of bacon. I will drive farther to go to a better sonic. My carhop was sweet, its just the getting the order wrong.Food: 1/5

Very rude employees! I ordered my drink without ice because even when you ask for easy ice, they Wayover load it so I asked for a cup on the side and they wouldn’t give me one telling me very rudely!Food: 1/5

This place sucks at customer service. You go thru the drive thru and you have to repeat yourself 5 or 6 times before they say pull around then you get ypur food and its wrong or cold do yourself a favor and go to another one and the people arent friendlyFood: 1/5

Very poor customer service. In fact, there is no service at all. Inside is filthy. Placed order online and paid, went to pick up, they were closed. Called about refund and received run around and no refund, no returned phone call as provided.Service: 1/5
