Ordered the Sausage Breakfast Toaster and added Bacon after it took 10 mins for my Order to be taken in the Drive Thru with no Line. Not Toasted and a Sorry Excuse for Bacon. Don't Cook at all if it's not going to be done Right. Would've circled back and gotten a Refund if I didn't live Far Away. If the Manager/Owner of this Restaurant reads this, know the Quality of your Establishment had to be Very Low for me to take time to leave this Review. Pitiful. I won't be Returning and I suggest no one comes to this Location.
I don’t think they’ve literally ever gotten my order correct. They’ve “forgotten” the sauce I’ve specifically ordered and shown on my receipt more than they’ve ever included it. Wrong toppings on sandwiches. Wrong size of item. You name it. I love sonic and this is the only one reasonably accessible to me which is such a bummer because it’s always a terrible experience. And it’s all made worse by the fact that the owners clearly don’t care about it and refuse to fix any part of the quickly deteriorating parking lot and building.
I had to wait a while after I placed an online order for a groovy fry. After waiting 15 minutes or so I was told that they were out of fries. Waited some more and was greeted again with tots instead and a fine recompense for the fries and lost time. The gentleman with long hair and tattoos was very nice and should be acknowledged for his consistency and effort to make things right! 6/10 11pm
Been there twice recently. First time they had a hard time getting my order right. And when they did it was so salty I couldn't eat it. So about a week later I tried again, and I will make it a point not to go back to that store. The burger was dry and hard like it had been sitting under a heatlamp all day and the fries where so salty they about make you puke. I would think I would at least get a decent meal for $20. I will never go back and I would not encourage others to attend that particular location. The car hop was super friendly and super nice, only good part of my visit.
Service not good. Food was cold, fries and tots old. Drinks not good. I ordered 3 cherry limeades and didn’t taste good no flavor at all. Came back to sonics and ask to replace with something different since we had already finished our dinner, and i was told no. They replaced my drinks and instead of medium i got large size for the inconvenience b but still not the best. Only reason I come to this sonics is because is close to my house, the last 3 times my orders have not been good
Every part of my order was incorrect. I pushed the button to let them know it was incorrect, it was close to 10 minutes before anyone answered me. I ended up wait 38 minutes for my correct order. Absolutely no attempt to make it right that I waited almost 40 minutes outside of remaking my food. I come here weekly and it’s declined significantly, but this was my final visit.
Usually a nice location to go to. More often than not, the food is hot, fresh and comes out in a decent time. Kudos But I will complain today.. you can tell when the adults are working and when the teens are.... I waited about 10 minutes for my meals. I get home and find that my fries are old, dehydrated, cold and stale. I'm sure I could find fries under my car seat with better quality. I was waiting at the window for about 10 min.... you could have at least threw on some fresh fries. My dog thanks your for her treats... the stale fries. Other than the fries and long wait, the burgers were delicious and rings were alright.
I should have known better than to stop at this location. The last time I did was a bad experience, but I thought that because this was just 1 mini blast, it couldn’t be as bad as when I actually ordered food. Boy was I wrong! At 6:46 pm I placed a mobile order for a mini blast. I checked in a minute later. At 7:01 the screen said my order was being delivered. At 7:13 I’m still waiting. I won’t stop at this location again. I could have driven home , ordered at the Roe location and been on my couch by now.
Do not waste your time going here! Every time I go here, they mess up the order, and it seems like they have two people working. Along with the worker charged me twice for food I already been charged for!
If I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered chili cheese fries and a chicken sandwich and within 6 hours of eating here I ended up having the WORST food poisoning! I have never had such a bad experience with Sonic before, but this location sucks! Every time I go, no matter how many cars are there, they're always busy and have long wait times for food and the food is okay at best. After having horrible food poisoning, I will NOT be going to this location ever again.
