Nov 3 went to this sonic drive through. Ordered 2 breakfast burritos and 2 sweet teas. Got the 2 sweet teas. After a 20 minute wait got food but not my order. Gave it back. They couldn't find my order. I had to be somewhere so I said cancel the burritos. They said the money would be put back on my card. This is Nov 6 and I'm still waiting for my money back.
I received some great customer service while I was at this sonic. Mozzarella sticks were great, breakfast burrito was excellent! I can't believe I've been missing these in my life for this long. I'm definitely coming backFood: 5/5
I was just there on the morning of Monday, October 31, 2022 at about 9:15 AM. I attempted to order breakfast at the walk up station, but was unfortunately greeted by a young woman who seemed incredibly disrespectful and also seemed relieved when I wound up canceling my order and leaving. This person seemed like they had a lot of anger and frustration in their heart and I hope for them that they find themselves in a happier place one day. In the meantime, I am not sure if this woman should be working in customer service as I am sure I am not the only person who has decided to walk/drive away from this restaurant because of her.
I ordered two breakfast bacon breakfast burritos it's supposed to come with sauce. So I pay for it get my food start to pull away decide to check the bag no sauce. So I back up ask for sauce and they say oh we're out of sauce I mean I just spent $11 on food that you couldn't tell me you were out of sauce. Last time I go there
If you're craving sonic, save yourself and go a little further out to another sonic. Even with a worker shortage the wait times at this sonic are insane. It would be quicker to drive further out. I gave it 3 chances because I love right down the street but I'm done. Only 1/3 times the stalls worked no signage saying to use the drive thru instead. This last time, after waiting 10 minutes, a car next to me asked an employee who was walking by taking out the trash if the stalls were working and he said "no" and just kept walking. That's totally fine if they don't have enough people or there is a technical problem but like put up a sign or something on the screen then? I was still craving their food so I made the mistake of getting in the drive thru. 2 cars in front of me. It took 25 minutes and yes I was crazy to not drive off. And then they hand me the wrong drink at the window. And then as others have commented, you'd think waiting for so long your food would be hot but nope, it was luke warm to cold. Like what are they even doing there???
It's Sonic, but without the drive in or "fast" food. Pulled up to order in a stall and 5 minutes later was directed to drive through. 1 kids meal and an extra side took nearly 15 minutes and the fries we actually ordered tots were cold. I understand labor and supply issues, but this was over the top and lacking any type of customer service to mediate the issues.
They took over 30 minutes for a mobile order and when they did bring it out to us they brought out the wrong food and still took another 10 minutes. Do not go to this sonic they suck at helping customers with orders unless it’s drive through.
Ordered our food on the app. About 15 minutes later a message came across the screen saying James is on the way with your food. After about 7 minutes we began to think maybe James had gotten lost. And they turn out the lights. It is 950pm and I realize they close at 10pm but can we get our food before you go??? I had to call in the telephone and after a brief hold I was told they were in the way out. The guy apologized but before he left we wanted to check our order. I asked if he had any mustard an saw he was gone. It would of been nice if he could have waited 30 seconds before he took off. Ordering on the app definitely was not quicker... I can only hope all the stuff crammed in one box is correct.
Don't go to this location if you like using the app. Either they don't know how to use it or just ignoreing it. Waited about 20 minutes for a route 44 drink and a medium shake. Had to use the call button after the app said we have received our order. Asked for the manager, her excuse. Was they didn't know if we were outside and didn't want the shake to melt. We ordered on the app at the stall and selected ASAP as the time.
Went thru and the drive thru was closed so we pulled into a stall and submitted our order for 2 drinks paid with a credit card and waited 1/2 hour then saw them taking food to a car that came after us. So we hit the button and no one answered. My daughter had to get to work so we left but we paid not only for the drinks but gave them a tip. I will never pay before getting what i order. I have never had an issue with Sonic before today. I am really disappointed with what happened.
