This is one of my favorite restaurants. The mere fact that EVERYTHING is done fresh and is steaming hot when you get it, OMG! The shakes and slushies are my weakness, so I try to limit myself on those. But my expectations is exceeded each and every time I visit. Great experience always
My Oreo shake I order was Bad not even whipped cream when I know I didn’t not press for Whipped cream. But overall it great to order on the App.
The Ultimate Meat Breakfast Burrito is amazing. I get it every time I go there. Also anything with chilli and cheese is a winner.
The manager who works the night shift on Sunday needs to be fired. She is rude, lies, and her customer service is terrible.

They gave me cold food after messing up my order in the 1st place. What worst is they recited the order back to me... correctly!! Smh!! Treat your customers and their food the way you want to be treated and your food to be prepared. I don't believe anyone would want to pay for food that's cold or not fresh.

They canceled my online order and didn’t bother telling me until I tried to figure out why it was taking Kimberly 10 minutes to bring me the drink I ordered. Then after waiting another 10 minutes I just gave up and left.
My experience at this Sonic was horrible. I repeated my order several times even had them to repeat it back to me. They still got my order wrong. The rest of my order got cold while waiting for them to remake their mistake. I asked for some type of compensation since I had to wait a second time. The manager said I could not be compensated, it's not their policy. Got home, my order was still wrong. The manager/workers needs comprehension training. People want what they order not what you decide to give them. If you mess up own your mistake and make your customers feel whole before they leave your establishment.
