Tl;dr avoid this place unless you want to wait 50 minutes for a super simple order My pregnant wife had a craving for Sonic, otherwise I try to avoid Sonic at all costs, but she loves it, so I obliged. Ordered on the app so we’d be able to just pick up our order and head out. I was so wrong. The stalls are incorrectly labeled so when you’re in stall 15, there’s a sticker sign next to you with a guy waving showing that you’re in 16. We realized this when we arrived so we pressed the red button and let them know. They said they’d be right out. After 45 minutes of waiting, nothing. We pulled around to the drive through window and they said they found our order. We pulled up and they tried to charge us for someone else’s order even though we already paid on the app. It took him all of 30 seconds to make the order since we just ordered slushes, which we waited for 50 minutes for. I said thank you and have a good night, they said nothing and shut the window. They forgot the poppers but I didn’t care, I was just glad to get out of there. It doesn’t matter how much my wife wants to come back, I never plan on returning. They’re probably understaffed and overworked like everywhere else, so I mostly hope this just helps other consumers decide to go elsewhere
Generally the manager Marie is very professional. The food and service is excellent. Majority of the customers are people friendly. Don't see as any service pets. They even accoadate the homelessFood: 5/5
Pulled into stall 16 and sat there for over 30 minutes after we ordered 2 medium drinks and a mini blast on the board pushing the red button. The guy came out after we pushed the red button asking about our order 20 minutes after we first placed it, we told him what it was and he then came back out asking if we placed it online! It still took another 10 minutes to get our order. If I hadn't already paid I would have left!!!! Glad we are just visiting Houston because I'll never come back to this Sonic.
Worse service in drive thru. I ordered through the app and food was already ready. They avoided giving me my order until everyone behind me in drive thru was served.
We rarely come to Sonic but this location is nice to have in the area. So far they’ve never messed up our order. They seem like scattered teenagers but they’re doing well.
Well, the wait time was a little long, and my burger was a little sloppy; but it tasted really good. Also, my drink had the perfect drink/ice ratio. I walked there to replenish from donating plasma nearby. I would walk there again. This was NOT the OST location. This is the Sonic in Market Square at Eldridge Pkwy. Google, please do better lol!!
Placed order and sat out waiting over 30 minutes. Order never came out and when trying to activate red button, staff answered but said nothing. Drove around, their sitting outside smoking. Poor work ethics
I like sonic The staffs was friendlyI know they try to max their speed already since theres so many peoples waiting. So please be patient a little bit. But of course some staffs should work faster.
After ordering and waiting 45 minutes I had one person bring out my food and tell me they didn't understand what I was saying a second person brought out my drinks when I told them that one of them was wrong they went back in to make the correct drink and the picture below shows the drink was still not me correct they just smeared peanut butter on the top of it to make it look like they made me a peanut butter Oreo shake. It was a third person that brought the corrected shaking when I tried to ask for my receipt the person Nord me and kept walking away
Today was the first time I had to throw away all my food that I had ordered from the app. Pickle fries were super soggy and my Frito Chili Wrap was cold. I waited 25 minutes after checking in on the app to have to push the red button and wait another 10 minutes.
