Sonic Drive-In

This location is extremely horrible!!! The general manager Dawn is very rude and inconsiderate. The food is always sloppy,half or overcooked. Workers doesn’t dress in uniform properly. I’m a daily customer and there is always workers hanging around the building smoking no telling what! They close a few times a week early. Liz always tell me she takes customers money for her pocket and not ring things up. The ice cream machine is never cleaned as well as the soda machine. Slime is in this place and it doesn’t seem to be cleaned well because the outside is always nasty. I don’t see how they have customers that they do. My nephew worked at this location months ago and said everything in this place is totally disgusting!!! Health department needs to check this place out ASAP!!!!

I absolutely hate coming here. They are slow and the staff are rude. I order a few ice creams and when it was being brought to me, I asked them for a guy holder and the guy gave me an attitude.l, if I ordered 5 ice creams, why wouldn’t you bring a cup holder? I ordered a sonic blast and it looked and tasted like I had a cup full of peanut butter and no ice cream. I wondered 2 drinks and I waiting almost 30 minutes for that. The only reason I even come here is because it’s closer to me house, after today, NEVER AGAIN! 0/10.. do not recommend

I ordered the footlong combo and a premium hotdog combo. Both of these orders were cold. I called back and told the manager on duty. She said I could bring it back. I said I'm at home. She said she could redo the order or give me a refund. I wasn't about to burn gas going back. She then said bring it back tomorrow. I tried to give this place another chance. About three months ago I ordered the chicken sandwich combo an it was cold dry and burnt. I told her this. She said she wasn't there back then. She just started there. Well Sonic..... listen up. You can't have food sitting around like that and sell it. This is a food safety issue. That's how food poisoning occurs. You are serving up cold food and poor service. I'm done with this place. If I could give no stars I would. Eighteen dollars and seventy one cents wasted.

Sonic's better than most hamburger joints, except Whataburger. They have quite a variety of things to offer. I go for the Cheddar Peppers, but they aren't cheap. A large is $6.59 for 7, or at least that's what I got this last trip. I asked for no pickles and extra onions on my burger. I got extra pickles and hardly any onions. It was plainly on the receipt. There were about 20 mints in the bottom of the bag, but no lime or cherry in my large Cherry Limeade.

Well... In the past Sonic on 34th was the best. I spend at least $300 a month at this location. Since new management, service sucks!!!! Yesterday, it took 15 minutes just to get a tea at 7:15 am. I was the only one there... This morning again, I was the only one there and it took 15-20 minutes, JUST TO GET A TEA. When I told the guy he was to slow he told me "You don't have to come back" is this really the way you are going to treat your BEST customer. There is not another location in this area since the Shepherd location closed. Please keep Rosa on mornings. Tea is ready at 6am with a smile. Angie....The tea lady!

Been here a few times now, and always been poor service. I think I waited like a dummy once for atleast 20min on a slushee with not a single car in any of the device stalls. Worse yet, it was the wrong flavor when it came out. Another instance was waiting in a stall for several minutes to pull out and go and wait in the drive through for several minutes without anyone taking ever taking my order. Seems whoever is running the place is giving people a place to get paid without having to actually do any work.

Use the app, pulled up to the stall, entered the stall number waited, ended up having to use the button to call in, was told to go through drive thru. They didn't enter into the app that it was being worked on or anything, and they're going to let me sit there forever until I called. I will say though, they did get the order right.Food: 3/5

I ordered a american hotdog no ketchup and a corn dog. hotdog only had relish on it but I couldn't believe the corn dog they gave me. It was so old and burnt that even the wiener was black. Why would you give someone food like that?

They should pay the Sonic employees who bring out the food more. I can only imagine they’re making Pennie’s so I do try to tip. The men and women who bring the food are usually very kind!

Sonic has always been a favorite. Whenever I could eat burgers and tater tots they need more veggies stuff but delicious
