I love this Sonic and come here almost everyday. PLEASE FIX THE ICE CREAM MACHINE!!! It’s been down ALL WEEK! Why do your stores only have 1 dang machine??!!

Sorry but every time we go always messing up order and sloppy burgers and chicken is always over cooked. The people bringing it out are always nice. But takes forever to get it. Ordered two pretzels and took 23 minutes and there was only around 5 cars?
Slow and not friendly. Servers need hospitality training.
