A great place for burgers, hot sandwiches, and drinks that their brand offers.  Plenty of options whether you want beef, chicken, or even hot dogs.  The prices are comparable to similar items in other fast food chains.  The staff are polite and professional.  They are following current Covid guidelines.  Recommended.Food: 5/5

This location is the slowest ever.  And they always pull the cars around to the handicap spots.  This is supposed to be a fast food place. There is nothing fast about this.  Employees need to be trained to multitask.  That’s how you run a business.

Amber had a fantastic level of customer service from start to finish. It's a breath of fresh air to have someone so professional and engaging.

The picture of cookie dough bites on the menu shows you get four pieces. Other Sonic locations give you four pieces. The manager argued that you only get three pieces. Seems like a rip-off to me. Also, this place is incredibly slow.Food: 1/5

Close it Down!..... Its causing Sonic more harm than good to have this Sonic open. I stopped by the 1916 Centerville Tnpk location, ordered through my app, sent my stall number and waited....and waited....18mins later still nothing...so I went to the Drive thru, got my order. Came back to my office and the bread was so OLD is was hard and falling apart, meat tasted old & cold, lettuce was scarce and when I opened it it was a nasty unappetizing mess! See Pictures!Fries were old & cold.  I asked for no onions, no cheese and no ketchup - of course it had it all!! This has been the worse Sonic I've been to so far!! I ordered the The Bacon on Bacon Quarter Pound Double Cheeseburger & Fries

Update 2 _ so I was in a hurry. So I stopped by. I'm not in town often and don't know how things change. This place has change. Food actually looks good. The staff is super polite and awesome. Ty the gal running the drive through amazing. Thank you and please don't let it slip back to what it was.  update 1_ tried again after a few years. Yeah this place is still terrible. Don't know what they are doing but the buns taste like raw dough. Soaked in grease. Just terrible. Won't be going back.  Original post _Food took to long 20 mins for 3 burgers. Food was cold. They also didn't cook the food as order after they asked what we wanted on it.

I came down here to this one cause the one on the blvd sucks….well this one sucks too. They’ve got a pink haired woman who’s abrasive for no reason.  You sell fast food. Its not that serious.

Food was awful. Took 20 minutes to get to me and the foot long Coney was cold, tater tots were warm. Slush was watery.

I go to regent university. Legit 4 mins from sonic. They never fail me. Always good service and food! You get 5 stars, and all of campus loves to come here.

If I could give this location zero stars if I would. Theis is the absolute WORST Sonic. Not only did I wait 30 mins for an online order and watch a number of cars go through the drive thru, but I also watch 3 employees sit on/around a table chatting it up for 15 mins. Once they finally brought me my order I guess they just assumed I would hold 4 drinks I don't have enough cup holders while driving. Reminder: this was an online order not one made at the car port. I was about a third of the way home when I realized they forgot, what I thought was only 2 things but ended up being FOUR items. How do you "forget" that many items? Shouldn't someone check and make sure the WHOLE order is ready before you bring out to a vehicle. I agree with a previous reviewer, upper management needs to step in and straighten up this location.
