They were friendly and accommodating both when I purchased my gown and when I returned to pick it up. Also, they were understanding about my getting alterations elsewhere since I live in the East Bay. All in all I was very pleased with the experience, especially since Hilda helped save the day - my wedding day!

She did an excellent job on my daughters prom dress. We just showed her a picture she took my daughters measurements and within 2 to 3 weeks we had a gorgeous dress.
