"We are a holistic wellness studio focusing on an integrated approach using Eastern and Western based bodywork modalities.Our goal for our clients is to provide both pain relief and balance to the body using sound therapy, manual modalities, and active movement.Each session is customized to the preference of the client with advisement from the therapist.We consider ourselves conduits to teach our clients and to assist their body in reaching their fullest range of motion with the least amount of discomfort."
