The first standalone hot yoga studio in Essex Junction, Vermont, SoulShine Power Yoga serves as a much needed space for the yoga community to congregate in one of Chittenden County’s largest towns. Offering a wide range of classes (and ability levels) taught by 15+ teachers -- most rooted in the Vinyasa practice -- our heated yoga classes are sure to fit your schedule, address your personal needs, and improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
