During a pandemic - this company should reconsider their 0 refund policy. That’s all I’m gunna say.

They canceled our reservation and gave me a notice, in person, at the time and day of the reservation. I wasted gas, toll, and lost time with my family. They blamed their computer system when they just gave it to a group that needed an extra kayak without reservation.

Great time! Staff was helpful. Wish the rentals was longer than an hour though!
