Very good customer service! Seems to be a family run business, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a remoter starter installed here a few years ago. I stopped in on short notice, because the remote stopped beeping - the technician squeezed me in and fixed my remote. Thanks again!

Peter Jensen and his crew are a class act.I had a problem with a speaker they sent me a replacement within a few days even paid postage. All while they were doing an event. Great customer service highly recommend these guys

Talked to the man at Bike Week. Was interested in a pair of speakers and a amp for the lower fairings. I already had JM speakers in the upper fairing. He was very rude and told me it was all or nothing. When I told him the JM speakers were almost new he said to go somewhere else to one of the "butchers". I have since gotten my equipment elsewhere.

A couple years ago I had Soundz install stereo, amp and speakers for my 02 Road king at the Sturgis Rally. Recently I was experiencing an intermittent speaker problem and contacted Sue by phone. She remembered me. Sue patiently listened and provided me with a couple of suggestions to see if it would solve the problem. I did exactly what she had suggested and guess what, problem solved. Just purchased system at Ocean City Bike Week, had it on the entire trip home...awesome. Totally clear at speeds above 55. This system exceeded all my expectations.
