Office staff are disgustingly rude. Thank God I don’t have to deal with them anymore.

The Office staff, is very grotesque. I am scared to call to even request my ride. I have not once had a good experience with them over the phone. The drivers are wonderful, but who would know that, if the encounter when your scheduling is so horrifying it makes you not want to use their service. At one point, the exchange over the phone was so bad i attempted to complain, come to find out the woman speaking, indeed was the supervisor, and the owner was out of town. If there has not been any growth of the business or a customer slow down, it is definitely due to the office staff.

Very slow and can't take anyone unless the person is on the "list".
