South Block

While I’m a huge fan of this brand and a valued customer, today I was sadly disappointed. This was my first time ordering from this specific location. I ordered a almond bowl via Uber eats which literally is15 mins away from me. I’ve ordered through Uber eats before but from other locations Vienna and old town I guess I expected the same quality/experience. I was very detailed and specific about instructions while placing my order. I ordered a almond butter bowl which is my favorite on the menu. Unfortunately my bowl wasn’t as I suggested, in fact the fruit were oddly cut and huge which over powered the entire smoothie. It was extremely loose as if I was having cereal and milk. I had no choice but to finish it because I was at work at the time and very hungry. My suggestion is to read tickets and pay attention to detail especially if I’m paying 22$ for extra ingredients along with tax ect.. none the less I still love southblock

South block is the best smoothie shop in the area! I go to any locations and I love the consistency from each one. Love that they use simple ingredients- no fillers or ice. In my opinion, it’s worth the extra money!!

My fav place to have breakfast!!! I love the new menu! This location is the best! The staff is always so nice and made you feel they love what they do! It's reflected in the amazing bowls you guys make! Definitely coming every weekend

Stopped in for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was inviting while the staff was warm and welcoming. My order was perfect but above all, it was correct! I will definitely be stopping in again, soon!

This location is really inconsistent. I order the same thing every time and each time it tastes different not in a good way. I got the PB&J smoothie today and it was so sour I couldn't finish it. Not worth it for how much they charge.

I love this place, staff are very friendly and helpful ! Also my dog is obsessed with puppy bowls. I highly recommend it.

My favorite location! The staff are kind, pay attention to detail, and the wait is always short. Even when they're busy, you can tell they care about the customer's experience. I would recommend anybody to South Block, especially this location! Thank you guys :

I have ordered from this place before, however, I ordered a PBJ bowl from Uber Eats and it is not edible, it is sour tasting like something went bad. They also charged for extra granola, which I did not receive. I would rate lower but because I have had good bowls before I am not going too low.

Very disappointed in this south block location. Every time I go there it seems to take at least 20-30 minutes to get an acai bowl. Don’t have this issue at any other location. Do not recommend.

Very friendly staff, clean store. Ordered the Sunshine Bowl, delicious! Prices are standard for smoothies and açaí bowls, will be returning.
