South Boston Branch Public Library

BEST PLACE in Boston. Would give 6/5 if I could! Very friendly, lots of books, great for studying, FREE wifi, FREE public toilets that are always open and safe and clean. The Boston public libraries are great safe spaces and this is no exception! This branch has a huge windowfront too, it's so nice inside. If you need any help not just books, just ask! Everything is free, and everyone is welcome. Thank you a lot guys!

The staff is wonderful and welcoming but the place needs a good cleaning. I brought my grandson there and he was crawling around in off-white pants. His knees were really dirty actually brownish after about 5 minutes on the floor where kids were playing. I'm posting here because it looks like they respond to comments.

Super nice librarians and conveniently located near several bus stops and restaurants. The librarians were really nice and helpful!

Very clean and the staff is definitely helpful. I am from out of town and was able to get a guest pass for the computers.

May 17th 2021 was not allowed to use the printer due to Covid. Over a year later and they still won't allow citizens of South Boston. Personally I think it's a lazy excuse.. They wouldn't even allow me into the library. Probably needs new management. Sad that a public place is closed off to individuals who are fully vaccinated.

The workers and receptionist were very helpful. Its a very welcoming library and well coordinated. Kudos to the management.

The librarians are helpful, knowledgeable and nice. I am thankful for having this branch in South Boston.

It's nice and small, sometimes have to deal with screaming kids but can't wrong the library for it
