Receptionists are extremely rude and they act highly disrespectful, I came to ask if I can get a lawyer and she told me to call the number on the yellow paper she gave me, Said it with a tone as if she didnt want to work and attend people that come in. I also called the number and they left me on hold and never responded after 45 minutes on hold.

I am an immigrant and I know how to fill out forms better than them. They don’t care unless you are in a court. Good luck.

Communicated w staff member by phone. Staff was very attentive of our need & clearly guided us to the next step for a resolution. Avery, was very knowledgeable, kind & understanding.

Spoke to the receptionist and she was very dismissive about my concerns. I never even made it passed her to an actual lawyer because in her expert opinion I didn't have a case. Very disgusted by her careless attitude toward a serious issue.

It was harrible expirience! They are dissapointed people! Espessialy Manager Stephany! Lawer Mrs Zaman making sabotazh! I am so regret that I became they are client! Mrs Zaman helled me to apply for asylum. And my case was puted in back log in USCIS. When I asked my lawer Mrs Zaman to help me expedite my interview she became very angry and refused to be my representative. I complaned to Manager Stephany But she was in the side of Mrs Zaman. After that I can not to find probono lawer because my case is already submitted in immigration office and its not possible to obtain probono lawer! They puted my life in the risque! I do not know how I will be hold interview in USCIS... Shame of them! Do not trust them! They are mean people! And avoid Mrs Zaman she is danagerouse!

I have never had an attorney that is so dedicated in getting things done! Atty Johnson Tyler is capable of going well beyond legal obstacles for his clients and he does well in doing so. This is the kind of guy I'd vote for if he were in politics. Brooklyn Legal Services is also the best I've had the privilege in working with. Keep up the good work. We in Texas love your services and your professionalism.

They saved my home. I love them so much. They are not afraid to go up against the big guys on behalf of the underdog!!! No case too big or small.

In my past they help me A lot, they fought my cases to the end, my case went as far as Supreme Court. They’re a great team..I recommend them to those that are having housing issue
