What the website stated and what the counter stated were two different things would be nice to have the same information before going in.
Went to get a Real ID drivers license. It only took 22 minutes from entering to leaving with my new license. Compared to other DMVs Ohio, Illinois this place is efficient.
Everything was awesome everyone who worked there was extremely nice and helpful with what I needed,it was sooo busy with customers but the workers was extremely nice.
I made an online appt a week ago and had the time set. Much easier and not as much of a wait. Much better experience having the appointment.
Had an appointment and wait time was very minimal. Highly unusual for this branch. Young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant! What a breath of fresh air!

I gave this a 4 star because there was one employee that we had went to and she couldn’t hear what we were saying and she was getting mad at us, but everyone else was pretty nice.

Everyone was helpful, kind, and expedient. I was in and out in 20 minutes! Best DMV experience ever!
Great service. Clean. Face coverings are REQUIRED, and worn be EVERYone in the bldg. Seats are wiped down after each use. One person per station, no standing on lined before each station.
