I use to think this office was excellent. However, within the past few months they have gone done. I’m not sure if the breakdown in communication is with the nurse or doctor. Unorganized and slow to respond to messages sent. You can call and leave messages and no one responds. When they do often times when the nurse responds it’s with an attitude. Definitely will be looking for an new practice.

Very organized and always on time. I have been going to Dr White for over 30 years. Unfortunately he is retiring but I’m sure I will be able to find another doctor in this practice.

Dr was fine. However the assistant did not listen. I told her to send prescription to Walgreens and she sent to express script. Called back the same day and a emergency message was sent back. Called to follow up and did get any satisfaction. I called ExpressScript and it was to late. Got a call from Walgreen telling me they came fill the prescription. Was in pain for another week till medication came in. If the assistance had just sent to Walgreen like I told her the appt would have went fine.

Utterly incompetent staff and questionable billing practices. I write this review after three horrible visits. 1. January of 2022, I go for my annual physical. Blood work is ordered and the MA didn’t know how to draw my blood. She stuck me three times and I had to walk her through it. 2. February 2022, I request documentation from my PCP proving that I did have a physical completed and I am of good health. The front office charged me $20 and billed my insurance for an office visit yet nothing was done, only a signature was needed. 3. January 2023, I go for my annual physical again. The MA, Amber tells me I can’t get basic lab work CBC, CMP and HbA1C as I wasn’t fasting. Considering these tests aren’t affected by fasting, it was utterly shocking how incompetent and abrasive the staff was. Please educate your staff and stop billing for services not provided. That was my last and final visit.

Dr K Hamilton was excellent, her young ladies that helped her were also excellent, was nice to see a medical person who didn't seem to be in a hurray to get me ''out of there''. Thnx

Dr Kim Tam is an excellent diagnostician. Additionally, he is a warm, wise, and holistic physician.

Dr McPhee is always very attentive and shows me the best care specifically for me. Great bedside manner and very professional.

It was a very pleasant environment and the appointment met my expectation, as usual. My experience over the years with Dr. Mack White has been that the scheduling is such that I am seen within 5 minutes of the appointment. I have been a patient for over 20 years and the care has been consistent over all of these years.

Never have had a wait time for a doctor to see you. Always courteous and caring about your history and concerns

Mary Neal is amazing! She listens and is patient and understanding. The office staff has always been professional and helpful and have worked hard to help me when I have needed it.
