Except the doctor , everyone else is terrible at communicating, incredibly rude. I can’t believe these people were able to get hired for such a job.
I called in appointments for MMR vaccine shots because my college required me to get another doses of it and I literally have to take a train to Boston for it, I ask the nurse am I getting the MMR shot she said yes but when I get the report a few weeks later it was a flu shot, so I got duped into taking a flu shot, now my college might evict me from my dorm because the nurse give me the wrong vaccine.
My girlfriend came here for a checkup but came in tears. From the receptionists, nurses and providers were very rude to her. They are not empathetic at all and try to rush you out. 0 bed side manners. Absolutely disgusted with this place. If I could give them a zero star I would. They should be shut down for what they are doing
The front end staff and the heath care professionals are the worst. If I was able to rate them no stars, I would. My mother-in-law went in for her annual physical check up, she tried to bring up some problems during the appointment because you're supposed to right? The doctor brushed off her questions and had the audacity to say "I'm just doing your annual physical, we're not going to discuss any further." I understand it's a hassle to wait for a translator at English speaking hospitals but at least their staff and health care professionals are courteous and there to understand your concerns.

The receptionist and general staff need to relearn basic etiquette on how to treat patients. Granted some patients don’t have the best attitude, but at least the professionals need not to go down to that level.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I can’t be more frustrating by how poor their manners are! I try to make a appointment to get an earlier appointment for the COVID 19 booster. However, they were so rude about it! Just hung up without listening to my explanation. Just terrible customer service!
Rude, careless, and abusive place - Dont ever Go!!! Went to see a doctor today, i've told to get a vaccine and not sure what kind vaccine it is, I've been asking questions to clarify, their attitude is horrible and unacceptable. All nurses are staying together and giggling with each other in other language Cantonese which i dont understand, very unprofessional, rude, and careless. All my friends are telling to go other clinic. DONT EVER COME!!! you dont deserve rude and unprofessional health workers.
Extremely hard to reschedule. The reception lady needs more formal training. Some doctors are OK, but the others are just horrible. Dr. Yuheng Ruan is the worst one. He treats Asian patients extremely rude. No basic manner. No patience. No listening. Try to see someone else if possible.
Most unprofessional Cantonese receptionist in both adult and kids pediatric department , every time I call them would end up having a big argument with the receptionist simply because they don’t care ! This is only a job for them to get their day go by . They simply don’t care about you your kid and your family what so ever , with all that being say my kid main pediatrician dr zhang is great ! I hope everyone can write their feedback regard about their receptionist attitude maybe one day they will train them how to handle how to talk to the kids parent
