I would stay away from this nursing home. My mother had a stroke in this facility and did not receive the timely attention that she needed. She was also injured in that same nursing home Her condition deteriorated after that and she passed away soon after. I could not, in good continence, send anyone to this place.

South H&R is a wonderful facility. From the initial contact with the admissions coordinator to the clinical staff we have nothing but great things to say about this facility. Highly recommend sending your love ones here.

South Health and Rehab is a facility I would trust my family members to. I have worked closely with this staff for almost 2 years and they are very attentive to detail and take wonderful care of their patients.

My mother isn't getting proper care, they won't give me any paper trail requested on her, nor a meeting we requested, she able bodied laying up in a bed. They told me her care plan is to be cleaned off, fed, and administered meds.
