They never answer the phone and they don't teach you like they supposed to. I dropped from there.

Terrible! No help, No one answers the phone they lost my transcripts 3 times then claimed I never sent them. Only one instructor was helpful. Just terrible is all I can say.

Pleasant and very helpful staff, wouldn't know what I'd do without them to do my essays for my English classes!

Nerver answer phone calls, i personally think that SLCC should hire new staffs. Unprofessional staff

NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONES! The only reason they have 1 star is because no stars is not an option. No matter what department you call, they never answer. And if by the grace of God they pick up, you get a "*insert department* please hold" drenched in the utmost attitude and then you are on hold for HOURS. This review is PARTICULARLY shooting at financial aid. Ya'll suck. Answer the damn phone. I am trying to pay you to come to school! Or is that not what ya'll are there for? I don't even want to come to school here anymore because it is so hard to get ANY kind of help.
