South New Orleans Seafood

Been to alot of these kind of restaurants always enjoy. Tried this 1 they want to charge for each garlic butter here... But the butter is awful and looks thick unlike the other places and had to pay for it And didn't even want to eat it. We got Crabs shrimp potatoes sausage egg broccoli and colossal shrimp. All the flavor was off it was thrown season on top didn't taste it in any food. I will never got to the 1 in Candler again

Great service I called and was getting help from cashier and they help me choose what flavor I'd like the spice levels and how many blue crabs I would need I have to say I never had blue crab that was not already opened and cleaned and fryed it was alot of work to say the least. But it was worth the Experience! The flavors were amazing and the potato was perfectly cooked and also the egg and the corn was great I would go back here again!

When you want fresh, cooked to order seafood & warm it up the next day & it taste the same…come here!! Please try everything especially the gumbo. The best to go is early as possible when they open..no lines with 10 minute wait! Enjoy

Accepts EBT you have to pay a $1 for them too cook the food, the seafood is good and fresh. They’re a lil pricey and the only thing I don’t like is there garlic butter it’s nasty.

Seafood is fresh and seasoned very well...various options. Friendly staff, quick service! Reasonably priced.

The food was extremely delicious. This was definitely a treat for me lol considering the price. I will absolutely go back a least once a month for my craving of seafood. LOVE IT!

I love this place. Everything is amazingly portioned. The crabs legs are meaty and very decently priced. I adore the green mussels myself. They're deliciously fat and 2 lbs is more than enough for one person to become full without a side. They're $12.99 and absoluyely worth it. I adore that price because someone took me to a similiar shop called the Big Tuna and there 1 lb of tiny under cooked green mussels is the same price. The potatoes are big and compliment perfectly. I love the seasoning selections here and they even offer garlic butter in addition to origional. The staff is friendly if you are friebdly first, something hard to find on Flat Shoals. I would suggest this olace to anyone looking for hearty portions at reasonable prices that wants 1 stop for their shopping.

Food is good but be careful...they will charge for items and conviently not include them or reduce the amount from your order. For example 1lb of shrimp and give 1/2 1b; 3 turkey necks etc. So look over your orders upon pick-up and get detail receipt to prove your purchase.

The steamed shrimp, potatoes, broccoli, beef sausage, turkey necks, gumbo and rice with Cajun seasoning and butter always on point.
