Got to my 11am appointment 10 mins early and filled out paperwork since I’m a first time patient. By 11:30 I’m still sitting there with no one saying anything to me so I told them I’d have to leave at that point. Said they only had one doctor so i should choose a day there’s more than one and then I could have an appointment on time …. Frustrating because I even called an hour previous to my appointment to make sure I was going to the right location. So if the appointment needed to be moved to go with their schedule as well as mine then I would’ve appreciated it way more. Can’t just sit in a waiting room all day
Excellent !!! Great staff . Girls in the front super friendly and the assistants as well . The doctor is patience with kids , no one is rude. Leonardo & Fabiola my kids they love going there to get a toy and balloon after their check up .
I've been trying to get a resolution on a credit that I've had here from 2020 for 2 months! I've been getting the run around, I've talked to flor twice, and elvira at corporate, kept on hold for 1hr at one pont and they keep hanging up on me on numerous occasions my husband didn't even want a refund he just wanted to use the credit for the remainder of the treatment and the money apparently is gone from the system even with me showing them the receipts, actual proof. I have been really patient and nice but at this point I feel like they stole $372.60 to be exact. And they have lost a family of 6.
Enjoyed my appointment and the atmosphere of welcoming people, and a big thank you to Marie for helping me get all my resources and questions out the way! Good work guys !
They are absolutely wonderful. Monica is so good, she explained everything so well broke it down to basic English about my options and cost. Dr. Wallis is awesome, she is so quick but has a soft touch and is attentive. What can I say they are great here and it was a nice experience. I would suggest them to anyone. The only thing I wish they would is give “after care instructions” papers, that would be extremely helpful. Other than that they are fantastic.
After having a horrible experience in the past year . I went in today just to give it another try . And wow I’m glad I did. Veronica, Maribel, and Mónica were so welcoming to my boys from the start. The assistants were amazing to my boys and seemed to have the patience I hadn’t seen before. Heck I scared of the dentist as an adult but the actual Dentistdoctor Shah made me want to go see her. I definitely scheduled my next appointment.
Front desk ladies Marie and Veronica are extremely friendly and informative with/without insurance pricing and costs. They get you in as quickly as possible. Dr. Goishani was very nice and let's you know exactly what you need to get done and let's you, as the consumer, decide based on recommendations. They get the work done same day when possible too. I went for myself, husband, and 3 children.
Friendly atmosphere from the front office to the doctors on staff as well. Great place to visit and become a member. Dr. Shah is great . Marie is the absolute best
I’ve always loved coming here even as a little kid when my mom used to bring me, surprises me that some faces I’ve seen when I was younger are still here and always make me feel welcomed and cared for. 21 now and the same experience is still there when they work on my teeth and always care for me best dentistry in Houston and the best doctors here!!! Highly recommend this place without a doubt been here since I was like 10 so it shows there the best of the best!!!
Shah and Marie were very welcoming, and fun to talk to. Definitely made my day!! Coming in Marie was very welcoming, and friendly. Shah is such a great doctor, she made sure I was okay throughout the whole procedure and made it quick !
