So Cal Telephone has been just fine. I have used it for about 15 years. However, the infrastructure, phone lines, switching, etc., is Frontier's. And in my location that infrastructure is aging and there have been continuing problems with phone service.
This company has really bad customer service and the connections with the phones are bad and the phones sometimes go out. All they do is want to argue with the customer not very helpful. The line is very fuzzy not clear.
This company saved me! I live in the middle of nowhere and they were able to assist us with wifi. No matter what time it is, and if we have an issue, John and Suzette are always there to help us get back online : way better than frontier!!
Worst service iv ever seen they have no stability if you need internet find anyone else
Every time I come here I get outstanding customer service. Came in the morning with an issue with my account and Sheri helped me get it back up and running. Shout-out to Sheri for amazing customer service, and I'll definitely be back when I'm ready to upgrade to a new phone service. Thanks!
These People gave me a wonderful deal. I have had no problem and give good stars to anyone who needs a good phone company to change too. I recommend these people and will stay with them!
