My wife and I have done business with Southern Finance for a number of years.  We have recently noticed an extreme decline in the level of service, including fees added on with no notification.  Needless to say I will no longer renew this business relationship.

Very disappointed with the recent shift in their customer service.  No notification before adding random fees onto payments.
