Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits (Reno)

We have been in the restaurant/bar business for the last 8 years and Southern Wine Reno is absolutely the worst company we have ever had to deal with. No one there cares, there is no accountability when people fail to do the basics...like deliver our kegs of beer or pick up empties that are clogging up space in our refrigerator.....god forbid you ask them to pull an empty keg off the line and hook up the fresh one they just brought 5 days late....that is apparently against their union rules.....lol....I'm done with this joke of a company....It's too bad that they're the only place I can get Sierra Nevada Brewery products....oh well, there are plenty of good local choices handled by companies who actually care about customer service.....

As a business owner, I would like to see a little, ok a lot more effort on this businesses part. I can only order from them every other week, butt it has been a month since I have received a PHONE order from them. When I call them, I get no response. There is no sales person that walks in, no personal attention what so ever. I am saddened that there are only a few good distributors left out there.
