It was amazing to see a bangladeshi film in Milwaukee in marcus. They always have the best seating arrangements. Great movie experience on budget

Ove always go here, I like it but I dont like that they took out the photobooth, if it wasnt for that I would of giving 4 stars, If your having a bad day or just wanna look at cute pictures here are some cute photos of cats.

During my experience, the only great thing was the staff. They were very pleasant and friendly. I think this Cinema could pay more attention to the bathrooms plus your movie screening rooms. We decided to watch Minions: Rise Of Gru#4. There was a tear on the big screen! I couldnt help but notice the entire movie. Lighting, and sound can also improve. Overall, your staff is 5/5 but the Cinema itself is 3/5. Please fix things up!

Okay personally I would recommend AMC MAYFAIR over this place and here is why: 1. It was $27 for 2 people vs $20 for 2 people 2. They only offer student discount on Thursday vs they offer it every day. 3. They only have basic popcorn, pretzel and nachos vs AMC has burgers, chicken tenders,fries, mozzarella sticks, pizzas, pretzels, nachos, caramel &cheese popcorn, and so much more. 4. There is only 1 bathroom that I saw and from the picture it is nice but in real life it was very disregarded.... unflushed toilets and paper towel everywhere vs AMC has a bathroom in every hallway plus mall bathrooms 5. The seats ARE recliner BUT they are very tight... I barely had room for my hips and I’m only 5’2 curvy. True, AMC does not have recliners but at least there is room in the seats. ‍ 6. The theatre temperature was so cold my hands were numb vs AMC can control each theaters temperature if needed. 7. AMC HAS IMAX and 18 theatres and Southgate only had 4 larger theatres and 10 altogether. Bottom line: go to AMC if you have the option. The customer service there is always 10/10 too!

I enjoy seeing movies at this well clean establishment. The workers are friendly and informative. I try to patronize here at least 3 to 4 times out of a month. Their nachos and cheese is awesome too.

Fun theater experience and great enthusiastic theater crowds! Prices were reasonable - fresh popcorn, but the theater is a bit dated. Our screen had a small spot in it and the seats seemed a bit loose and leaned back a lot, making the viewing angle not-ideal.

I never give bad reviews however the employees were so disrespectful . I will never be going ever again and don’t think anyone should waste their time and go. I would not recommend at all! Hopefully the whole team can consider getting trained more or maybe get trained by someone else on how to respect and consider customers feelings. Also They are not fair with their rules. If you have rules stick to it and don’t let some people get away with it. That makes me assume it was because of my race which is a horrible feeling.

Took my daughter to see Blue beetle. There was really nobody here when we went on a Monday evening my daughter wanted pizza and they didn't have pizza available. It is clean and pretty big.

Lights should go down at the start of the trailers not the ads. The theater lights were at full blast with very dark trailers so the screen was washed out completely. Standard for good presentation is half dimmed so we can enjoy the trailers, too. That’s coming from a projectionist.

I give this place absolutely no stars. I typically never give bad reviews. But this was a horrible and devastating experience that I am actually taking the time to do my first bad review. This place the employees and the general manager are very inconsiderate and have zero clue what they are doing. They are inconsiderate of peoples times and treat people definitely based on their race. They don’t deserve anyone’s money and frankly all the employees up front and the general manager need to be fired in order for this place to be even slightly likable.
