I called to get information about a new toilet. I spoke with a salesman named Louis who was extremely patient. He stayed on the phone walking me through locating the information on my existing toilet and made some recommendations. They had good competitive pricing.

Never, ever, ever have I been treated so badly by ANY business. Never do business with these people. There are many other plumbing supply stores to choose from in this city. Choose another.

Do not go here. Bad customer service geared to make the amateur feel stupid. They outright refuse to try to understand what you need or try to help. Do not ask for help from Angela. She was more preoccupied with texting on her phone and talking to coworkers and seemed annoyed that I was there.

Rude. Apparently a customer coming into buy things is an inconvenience to the 10 sales people sitting at the desks in the showroom.
