Southpointe Service Center

We needed emergency service for headlight replacement so my 17 year old son could drive home safely 2 hour drive in the dark. They made the time to make this happen!! Thank you Southpointe Service Center!!

First off, the experience to start with was embarrassing on my part. I scheduled for an oil change and to check over my vehicle for a road trip that I was going to be taking. I get there and realized I forgot my wallet. They offered to do the service anyway and I could pay them when I was able to get it. That alone gets them top rating for service. They checked over my vehicle and everything was fine. They did the oil change and sent me on my way. En route to getting my wallet I received a phone call to pull over immediately and turn the engine off. The oil filter they received was faulty and I was leaking oil. They picked me up where I was and offered to drop me off where I needed to go, but I just opted to wait at the shop. They fixed the issue, replaced the oil and filter, brought back my vehicle and sent me on my way with no charge. Thank you for the great service.

These guys are awesome. I had a water pump failure in my Ram 2500 and coolant was leaking uncontrollably that I had i had to add a jug every 30 min to get to them. They spotted it right away, order the part and fixed despite being Saturday afternoon. Thank you so much...

Polite, professional service. The mechanics take the time to explain what was needed and was done. The waiting area is clean and comfortable; fresh coffee and clean restrooms. Their local reputation as a fair priced, dependable service shop is well deserved.

I just got my ND plates after moving from MN and the front license plate screws were stripped and I was unable to get it off myself. SSC was on my way to work and I stopped and the crew was friendly and helpful and replaced the screws and put the front license plate on for me, NO CHARGE! Thank you for your amazing service!! Will definitely recommend.
