Customer service was great dropped my cloths off late morning and was ready the next day at noon

Excellent service and quality. I took a Star Trek Shirt in to get 3 spots removed and they were gone when I recieved the shirt back. I talked to the Owner and she was very understanding and has a very nice smile..

I took an old beat up but much loved wool pea coat for cleaning. Service was great and reasonably priced. The coat came out looking 100 times better than I thought and I'm thrilled!

Had to have them take in wedding dress... Didnt have a bathroom/fitting room so had to put dress on in office.... Anyways.. So they measured the dress wjth me in it... And when i went back to pick it up it was too small... Nothin has ever came of this. Needless to say had to get a different dress

They messed up my white pants and when i took it back they would not admit that it was their fault. When i came first time to pick them up she said the pants are not done she have to fix it again.

Got a uhual truck and they over charged me and didn't want 2 refund me after I showed her my bank statement on my phone never will I do business here again.

One of the best cleaners in Louisville! Staff is always nice and courteous!

Horrible service and very rude. Demanded I pay in advance. I took my clothes somewhere else.
