Southside Pediatrics

Our children have been seeing Dr. Gloyeske for about 8 years. He has been the best doctor I could ever have asked of for them. He is prompt, thorough, attentive, and caring. He remembers little details and knows how to address each of them individually during their exams. His nurses are also always so kind and friendly. They do a great job at easing their minds when it's time for shots, etc.. The front desk staff has always been overly accommodating whether it be for scheduling, rescheduling, or even helping with insurance questions. We are extremely happy with Southside Pediatrics and are grateful to have such a caring staff to take care of our children's medical needs.

Dr. Fredriksz and the whole staff are absolutely phenomenal. I was seen at this practice as a child and I'm thrilled that our son is now a patient!

Dr Gloyeske is the best! The office staff and nurses are always very friendly and the facility is always clean. We have been long time patients at Southside and have always loved it.

Southside pediatrics is the worst practice I have ever experienced! My son has had several serious medical issues that several doctors and nurses here brushed off. The office staff is rude, and the nurses are cold and uncaring. They never call when they say they're going to. I've attempted to speak to Dr. Blanchard's nurse numerous times when my son was sick. I was brushed off and my concerns were made to feel stupid. Come to find out my son has severe duodenal blockage and will be needing surgery. When my son was diagnosed with hydrocephalus Dr. Blanchard called, told me the news, and promptly hung up. She left me with a million questions and fears. She was cold and had zero time for me or my son. I would never recommend this practice to anyone!!!! Horrible place with the worst patient care!!!!!

I absolutely love this practice!!! I don’t think I could’ve found a better pediatrician than Dr. Gloyeski for my daughter! The front office is always friendly and the nurses are always good at getting back to me as soon as possible when I have a question!

As a parent of a three year, who has received care from Southside Pediatrics, I could never recommend other parents to seek treatment and care for their child here. For two decades, my family has received competent care from Southside Pediatrics, however, our recent experiences sacrificed the well-being and health of our three-year-old in favor of prioritizing profit. Sadly, the staff repeatedly exhibited rude and calloused behavior; siting company policies that erode a parent's trust and compromised the health of our ailing child.

Great experience and care with both of our babies, doctors smile and maintain good professional mood among crying kids. Dr. Fredriksz always takes the extra time for emergency walk-ins with our 2 toddlers getting sick at the same time so we don't have to go to the ER.

Updated Review: 1/5/16 There have been some changes here, worth updating my review. Scheduling has improved dramatically. They are very responsive to sick children and much more willing to work with you. But remember you still need to schedule regular check-months in advance. Regardless, the doctors are still extremely good. Our primary is Dr. Fredriksz, but we've now seen two other doctors due to sick child visits, etc. All of them are very good and we would highly recommend them. Dr. Fredriksz was especially attentive when our daughter was born and did great check-ups at the hospital. She thoroughly explained things to us while she did the check-ups. She's very attentive and willing to try different things to make sure the kids are doing very well. She's very patient, not one to go directly to medicines. Sometimes the wait-and-see approach is best! They never make us feel like we're calling too much or being a bother. The nurse answering service is also great. Overall, I would definitely recommend this office - just make sure you schedule appointments far in advance. First Update Review: Now that we've been here awhile .. we still love Dr. Fredriksz, but the scheduling here is incredibly inconvenient. I had to fill in for someone at work the same day as my son's 18 mth check up. I called to reschedule the appointment and the earliest they could get us in is 2 months from now. They also won't let you have a pre-1pm appt unless you have a newborn or a sick child. I have a job and have to be at work at 9am and it's not one where I can't just leave in the middle of the day. Original Review: Our son is almost one year old and Dr. Fredriksz has been awesome! She's very chill and doesn't overreact to problems -- even when I do. When our son was born, he had serious tummy troubles to say the least. She stayed the course and guided us to the right solution. She's very patient, kind, and knowledgable

Until they can figure out how to mail medical records, I cannot recommend them. I submitted for medical records and and it took a whole month to call and say to pick them up. And now they send a bill charging for the records that they still have and have not sent to you our new pediatrician. Go to a different practice that has reasonable office practices.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this office! My son always receives the best care and I am always able to talk to a nurse about any concerns and have never had any issues getting him seen by a doctor!
