I was a new patient to Vivida today and I had the best experience! When I walked into the waiting room it was almost full, so I was worried it would be a long wait. As soon as I got to check in, the staff was welcoming, helpful and quick. I sat down to fill out my forms and I was called back not even 5 min later. The medical assistant was great and efficient. Probably 3 min after she walked out, Dr. Farley walked in and she was/is fabulous! Very thorough, took her time, answered all my questions and concerns, discussed treatment and the future. I left there feeling better & was just so impressed with the clinic and how well and smooth my visit was.

I've had 4 appointments so far, and Dr. Farley is amazing! She's friendly, VERY knowledgeable, and she took the time to listen to me and discuss my concerns. She put together a treatment plan that has worked wonders for my skin. I feel like she truly cares about her patients.

From the moment I made my appointment, followed by my first and second visit, the entire staff was most courteous and helpful. Great facility and once with the doctor, he elevated a good experience into a great one. He was able to ascertained my issue and recommended the appropriate medication which made the issue subside within days. I highly recommend Vivida.

Dr. Scott Jameson was very knowledgeable and thorough with the treatments that I needed. He listens very well to my problems and explains very well the treatments. As a new patient he makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The staff were very helpful too.

I arrived a few minutes before my appointment. Hadn't even finished filling out the short amount of information on their forms when I was taken to an exam room. PA Jameson came did my exam, treated me. Sent me on my way out so fast I had to finish filling out the forms at the checkout station! Very quick, very professional to everyone who was there to help me. Great experience.

I had skin cancer removed on my face by my cheek and I was so impressed how well Vivida did. Dr.Peine explained everything very thoroughly. He was very precise and did a great job. My scar is still healing nicely. I was so pleased with my experience that I am recommending them to any one I know.

Dr. Jamison and Nurse Amelia are absolutely The Very Best Duo in Dermatology. They have made two very unpleasant procedures bearable and walked me thru and held my hand. I appreciate their professionalism, kindness and compassion. It’s obvious they love what they do!!! Thank you Dynamic Duo from the top to the bottom of my heart

Scott Jameson is everything his bio says about him. He did actually ask me about my life here in Vegas. And shared his. He also made me feel safe and reassuring me in the process of removing my cancer. Great care from him and his assistant. Now I'll see if my scar will be pretty in the next several months!! Today was my fourth follow-up. From my initial appointment and with each monthly follow-up, PA Jameson was quick to respond to all my questions and was very helpful. At all appointments, he was very thorough, and it's clear to me that he reviews my case and is well prepared for my appointment. PA Jameson is very patient centered, kind, knowledgeable and took great care of me. I was very appreciative to be his patient. His assistant, Dionne, and other staff are professional and make each appointment smooth sailing.

I'm so grateful I found this location. My past experience seeing a dermatologist have not been great, so for years I've tried living with my issues, felt like nobody could do anything for me or didn't show much care But this practice is a blessing. I finally feel like I could get my issues resolved and the friendly conversation leaves a memorable impression.
