Over years of rental places I’ve experienced no heating, rubbish night storage heaters and generally cold places! So when I got my place I knew that those electric heaters needed to go!! I’ve waited 4 months since ordering but I’m so pleased with the end result! Is it sad to be so excited over radiators!!? MASSIVE thanks to South West Heating!!

This was our second installation after having the upstairs completed last year. We are very happy and love the idea that we can adjust the heating while we are out. Highly recommended and so much better than 'night storage heaters'.

Review The whole process of ordering and installing the two heaters we wanted was easy. The price was very competitive and the surveyor, Neil, was most helpful. Once ordered the heaters arrived well within the timescale indicated. The installers - Sean and Graham - were extremely efficient. They worked fast and left the rooms cleaner than when they arrive! Their explanation about how the Heat App worked was very clear indeed and left us with no questions. If and when we order more we would be delighted to see them again. All in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend the firm, the product and its employees. Great job. The rooms are now perfectly heated to our requirements.

Brilliant service and amazing staff, would definitely recommend. Not only were the radiators fitted quickly, but the fitters cleaned up perfectly. They explained how to use the App patiently and thoroughly. As I work irregular hours, it's been great to be able to control the heating remotely. It's more than lived up to my expectations.

Great experience from initial contact to fitting. Advice was really comprehensive and salesman had great knowledge in regard to the size and number of radiators needed. Outstanding Quality From the initial survey of our cottage to the one-day installation took only 8 weeks. As the heaters had to come from the manufacturers in Germany this was very impressive. There is no hard sell involved with South West Heating Solutions. They concentrate on a high quality product, sound advice and excellent customer service. My wife and I are delighted with our 5 heaters. The app works well in setting each room’s heat in time intervals and the individual remote controls allow instant modification of all settings.

We live in a Grade 2 listed building. We have limited heating in a large kitchen and we could not add any further radiators to our system. We had two of South West Heating's Radiators fitted and we are now warm in the kitchen for the first time. The fitting was very fast and the workers cleaned up after the work. Very Happy.

Amazing, a complete transformation of my home in less than 4 hours! Prompt arrival, the 2 guys worked well together, explained in full again what would happen always checking to make sure I was happy. No mess, no fuss and great banter! Thorough explanation of how to us the APP and left with contact numbers should I have any concerns which I haven't. The Radiators look stunning and the different sizes compliment each room all worked out on the initial visit and consultation. I have had so many compliments from friends - my only regret is not having done it years ago instead of freezing my way through Winter. never realised it would be so easy.

We have recently had a fourth radiator fitted in the second bedroom, other radiators had been fitted before we purchased the house. South West Heating have been nothing but helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The heating is excellent in the cottage just what we needed in such an old house. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of replacing their heating.
