Southwest Medical Associates Convenient Care at Craig

My healthy 11 year old son was sick. We are not the type of people who take our kids to the doctor whenever they have the sniffles, but after 3 days of consistently having a fever, we knew we had to take him in. I looked online and found SMA. We walked in and there was no wait so we were able to see the doctor right away. He was patient, kind, and thorough with his examination. It turns out my son has slight case of Pneumonia and he needs antibiotics. The doctor called in the prescription to our local pharmacy and we were on our way. While were there he gave us so much valuable information and even showed us the app where we can chat with him and even get prescriptions. Great service, fantastic treatment, and all of this for a whopping $65! Thanks for taking such great care of my son.

Took my sister's here twice and refused service due to Miss communication on the phone. Mom called to and asked if I can bring in my sister's for their sport physical & the girl on the phone said yes as long as im 18. Got to the clinic & asked for a consent which was not mentioned in the conversation at all. So they didn't see us. 2nd experience was not very friendly, called before we went in and was asked on the phone if they have immunizations records? I said yes they are updated & are on the system. Got to the clinic 2 girls on front desk wasn't very friendly, mom told them were there to do physicals for my siblings. And the response was sorry our system is down. The doctor immediately came through the front & said sorry theres nothing they can do the system has been down for 3 hours. Wow, but I called before and & your system was fine. The girls said yes it was when you called. So sad how they picked & choose who to see. And mom had to be mad before they consider to serve us. Their system came up right after mom said will wait. And they started pulling up my sister's immunizations records. Discrimination & unprofessional service. I gave a star because they finally decided to do my sister's physical & was quick. Hope our next visit will be good. Southwest is a great hospital it's the people.

I have yet to have a good experience with any doctor at this location. They under treat and don't seem to want to take the time to figure out what the problem is. They make you feel like it's all in your head and don't really listen. The dr there this last weekend said my 6 year old was fine. I took him to his dr on Monday and he's got bronchitis. He can barely breathe. Now I'm sick so I go in again because I don't want to be away from home for long and he judges me for being a smoker and basically says I'm fine. I know I'm not fine. I'm 36 I have conjestion in my chest and my face nose and throat. I know when I'm sick and I know I got it from my son. I wish these drs cared more, this is so disappointing.

This convenient care was great! I was in and out in under an hour! The staff and Dr. were very friendly and professional! The rooms were very clean and well kept!

First time was fast, recieved proper meds and out the door. Great facility and care.
