From the phone call, the customer service was 10/10. Luis cut my hair and he was absolutely amazing! I’ve never felt more comfortable and taken care of in a salon before. He cut my hair exactly how I wanted and even made it better than I could’ve imagined. The place was clean and everyone was so polite. They didn’t even push products on me! This is a small salon with a friendly staff. They are up to date on all the latest cut and color trends. The vibe is relaxed and friendly not catty or gossipy like some salons can be. The quality of service is exceptional. I have been coming here for years, and even continued to come here when I moved to NYC-- they're THAT good. I've had my hair done by Luis, Nicole, and Kylene -- you can't go wrong with anyone. Such a gem.

Kyleen does a wonderful job cutting my hair! She is always friendly, sweet, and knowledgeable about creating the perfect cut to frame my face. I tell her what length and type of layering I want and she gives me exactly what I ask for and adds her creative touch to perfect the look. Also the salon itself is clean, beautiful, and the staff is always welcoming!

My hair appointment was with Luis. He truly is a wonderful hairstylist. He takes his time, listens carefully and pays close attention to detail- "each and every time". I am never disappointed. I highly recommend this salon.
