SOVVOS provides fully-equipped, high-end office space to select start-ups and individual entrepreneurs who aren't yet ready to take on the massive responsibility and financial burden of their own commercial lease.

Story

SOVVOS provides an office space full of light (all desks are no more than 15' from a 6' wide, 8' tall window) situated between Broadway and 5th Avenue, just off the northwest corner of Madison Square Park in the vibrant borderland between NoMad and the Flatiron District.

For $650/month, you can reserve 24 x 7 access to:

- An oversize (59" x 29.5") stainless steel desk with three electrical outlets and two powered USB connectors hidden under the back edge (every two desks facing each other share six outlets and four USB connectors)

- A comfortable, adjustable, Eames-style aluminum management chair

- A locking 3-drawer HON steel pedestal file cabinet

- Our 30Mbps (symmetrical) fiber connection to the Internet (delivered to your desk via your choice of WiFi, gigabit ethernet cable, or both),

- A kitchenette with large refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher and plenty of basic supplies

- Free filtered ice water, coffee and tea

- Clean, well-maintained restrooms

- Excellent air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter

- An enormous, glass-enclosed conference room which comfortably seats as many as 10 people and is fully equipped with a 70" LED TV, HD projector, sound system and videoconferencing hardware.

- A smaller, glass-enclosed conference room that comfortably seats 6 for less formal meetings or impromptu break-out sessions. This room is equipped with a 50" LED TV set up for videoconferencing and wireless HDMI connection.

- 24/7 card access to the building and the office space

- A Broadway, 10001 zip code address for your company. Receive mail, package and messenger deliveries in your company's name direct to the office.

- A beautifully maintained building in an unbeatable location

- Epson color fax/scanner/copier capable of scanning and printing sheet sizes up to 13"x19"
